Listen, it’s normal to feel absolutely exhausted, confused and feel like giving up and pulling your hair out with frustration when things that should bring you joy - like an exciting plane trip back home to visit friends and family, a to-die-for meal out at a hip restaurant with your bestie, or a sleepover with a sexy new love interest - cause you pain instead of that wooohoooo, howling at the moon, feeling!
I get that. I’d be feeling like that too. And to be honest, I have.
As someone who has been there, I ask you, please don’t settle!
From the bottom of my heart I am telling you that YOU SHOULDN’T AND DON’T HAVE TO SUFFER FOREVER!
As weird as it sounds, this is the beginning of your health, not the end. Your body, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the moment, is here to help and guide you. But you’ll need to start listening in and do the work.
The good thing? Good nutrition, delicious healthy eating and an amazing relationship with yourself and your body totally set you up for a life full of health. And as you get older, you’ll be so glad you tuned in while others chose not to pay attention to their health until it was too late to turn it around.

What I don't do:
I cover the emotional and lifestyle management parts that are contributing to your eating problems. If I feel that you'd really benefit from the help of a digestive health professional or nutritionist and you don't yet have one or one that feels right, I'll of course recommend a professional I completely trust to guide you alongside our sessions. This is of course completely up to you, but the suggestion will be there if you’d like it.

NOW, WHAT DO I NEED FROM YOU?
Look, I wish there was a magic pill that could miraculously cure all these problems, but I’m sorry to say that I never found it as hard as I looked. As much as medical treatments help, the world of eating and digestive issues is one of frequent relapses if you're not careful (and often even if you are obsessing and controlling every mouthful). Treatments do work, don’t get me wrong!, but if you don’t heal your relationship with food, eating and your body, it’s highly likely that your issues will return ( again, been there, done that, got the frikken t-shirt. Actually, maybe I should create a t-shirt club for all us relapsers… ).
So, there is work to be done and I’m going to be completely frank about that from the word go! You’ll need to want change and do the work to get it.
BUT, I can take your hand and lead you through the process the way I wish someone had for me. Instead, I felt unsupported, alone, unbalanced, obsessed, extremely restricted both in terms of diet and socially, and very, VERY frustrated. You don’t have to go through that. My mission is to make sure that my experience and trial and error serves as many of you as possible so that you don’t have to go through what I went through.

CLEAR ABOUT MOVING FORWARD?
Flexible to your schedule, fitting in with your busy life and from the comfort of your home with no need to travel. *Note! I do also offer in-person sessions: in Granada, Spain & also Cape Town, South Africa. It depends on the time of year.
Each session lasts approx. 55 minutes and costs 55€.
Later on you can decide whether you’d like a pack deal including several sessions, at 50€ each.

No worries, it’s normal… It’s really important that we are a good fit and, as you don’t yet know me, we won’t know whether we are well-matched until we have an initial chat. No strings attached. After the call you decide whether you want to contact me to book an online session.
