Cycles: Losing and Finding Balance

I loved this saying I came across while doing an exercise video with Kit Rich one day during the pandemic lockdown.
While she said it supposedly referring to physical exercise (although with a knowing look that insinuated more), for me it was a reminder to trust in where we are at in the present moment, to allow our feelings rather than run away from them and to allow ourselves to experience new and unfamiliar, perhaps uncomfortable situations, to allow ourselves to make mistakes, from which we can learn and rise up with greater self awareness, tools, knowledge and wisdom.
