I am a firm believer that a personal crisis can help us flourish and make positive changes, if we have resources to digest and deal with them.

Although VERY uncomfortable, crises are not necessarily bad, as long as you learn from them and get a better idea of what you do and don't want, and what you will and won't accept in your life.
